Founder, General Contractor & Design Consultant
Phil started his journey as a property flipper, creating high-quality homes that people truly want to live in—focusing on craftsmanship and long-lasting value, in contrast to the cheap and fast work often associated with flipping. His passion for quality and experience expanded to pools & outdoor living leading him to develop a deep understanding of pools and their construction. This newfound expertise led Phil to not just install pools, but to design complete resort-style backyards where customers feel like they're on vacation every day. Over the years, he has carefully assembled a team of professionals who share his high standards. Initial Consultation, Estimate, and Design Finalization
We begin with a free on-site consultation to assess your space and understand your vision. Following this, we provide a detailed construction and design estimate, ensuring transparency about costs and scope. Once the estimate is approved, we finalize the design and secure any necessary permits or approvals.
Construction and Quality Control
Our skilled tradespeople begin the physical work, ensuring every detail is crafted with care. We conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the process to maintain high standards and keep the project on track.
Project Kickoff
With the design and approvals and permits in place, we schedule the start of construction and coordinate with our in-house trades. Our team is fully prepared to begin work, bringing your vision to life efficiently and seamlessly.
Final Walkthrough and Handover
Once construction is complete, we walk through the finished project with you to ensure it meets your expectations. After any final adjustments, we hand over your newly renovated space, providing you with all the information needed to enjoy it for years to come.
